Led by Luke Bowers CEO of the Excellence Hub and Matt Potts Director of Acorn Education Limited. Luke and Matt have come together to utilise their vast experience and sector expertise to deliver ‘The Education Bridge’ for the sector.

Luke Bowers is a distinguished executive leader with extensive experience in the education sector. His comprehensive expertise spans all phases of education, where he has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing outcomes for children and young people. Luke has held senior leadership roles such as Regional Director, and National Director, across a diverse range of educational settings.

His analytical acumen and innovative problem-solving skills have made him a valuable contributor to multiple Department for Education working parties and national panels. With a deep understanding of market recruitment trends and the current economic landscape of the education sector, Luke is adept at navigating complex challenges to drive sustainable growth and support clients with effective staffing solutions .

Luke has significant experience of the Ofsted process, having been involved in over 100 inspections. He works with schools, local authorities and multi-academy trusts to develop strategy, improve school improvement models, embed cultures and improve the educational experience for all stakeholders.

Matt Potts Has over 25 years within education being a teacher, headteacher, school improvement advisor, CEO and director within this time Matt has worked in countless schools, and worked for local authorities, Multi academy trusts and area-based partnerships.

He specialises in Early years training, advice and support having supported schools across the Country. One of the key facets of his experiences is supporting and coaching for head teachers. Matt has undertaken training to assess the NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) and supports heads across the country to help them deliver the most amazing education for their pupils.

He is a respected improvement consultant, trainer, and company director.
